The T-series devices encompasses two dimensional configurations of actively cooled HPDL-elements (chip on micro cooler). Operating conditions can be cw or pulsed. The very efficient cooling permits duty factors up to 50% at nearly max. output power levels.

Through side-by-side arrangements of a nearly unlimited number of HPDL-stacks of the E-series type extremely powerful diode laser sources can be realized. Even units with tens or hundreds of Kilowatt output power can be safely operated since each stack is individually supplied with coolant and power.

While the TN-type comprises of stacks of bare diode laser bars on micro coolers the individual laser elements of the TY-type have a fast collimating lens.

Both versions are provided with hermetically sealed housing and an anti reflective coated window. In addition to our standard models we are able to provide custom devices to fit specific requirements for interfaces, beam propagation, mechanical dimensions, etc.

Typical applications are

· hair-removal

· pumping of solid-state lasers

· superficial treatment of large areas

Just as well as for the E-Series also for the two-dimensional arrangements the DILAS diode laser-stacking concept provides for simple replacement of any individual laser element, even if collimated, since each laser element has discrete micro optics.
