Fiber-coupled single emitters are available in several platforms. Starting from a single emitter in high heat load package to multiple single emitters in various package types. These products are available from 450nm to 976nm with up to 30W output power.

Through the optimization of semiconductor chip structures and optical parameters, DILAS’ T-Bar architecture delivers high beam quality and high power using standard micro-optics, all assembled with automated processes. The T-Bar based products are available at 638nm, 915nm, and 976nm, with power levels from 40W up to 1.2kW.

The galvo scanner DL.S20 P is a fast 2-axis beam deflection unit needed for quasi - simultaneous welding of polymers with closed loop temperature control of the process. It allows fast positing of the laser focus in the working field without additional mechanical axes. The on-axis single color pyrometer provides non-contact temperature measurement of the welding zone. Used with the COMPACT Series, the unit is equipped with a fiber connector, collimating unit and supporting software which provides complete process data documentation for quality control.

Ideal for plastic welding applications, this radial welding solution allows closed-loop quasi-simultaneous radial welding. It includes a programmable servo motor that rotates the laser beam (up to 300 rpm) and a pyrometer for closed-looped temperature control which results in a homogeneous temperature inside the welding seam.
