Single Emitter
DILAS is distributing high-power and high-brightness single emitter diode lasers based on tapered laser technology, broad-area and ridge-waveguide design from m2K-laser GmbH. 
m2K-laser develops and manufactures semiconductor lasers based on the III-V compounds GaAs and GaSb within the wavelength range 755nm to 2500nm. Diode lasers are mounted on standardized or custom designed heat sinks for state-of-the-art applications in external cavities, spectroscopy, medical treatment or materials processing.
