DILAS also distributes m2K's single emitter diode lasers.  m2K offers tapered amplifiers for use in external cavity and MOPA systems in wavelengths ranging from 755nm to 1064nm as well as, diode laser single emitters in broad-area or ridge-waveguide designs within the 1.8 micron up to 2.5 microns wavelength range.
