DILAS Diodenlaser GmbH is a private company and as such falls under the legal jurisdiction of data protection (BDSG, LDSG RPf., BGB, StGB, etc.). We are conscious of our responsibility in this regard and endeavor to secure data by the best technical and organizational means available to us.

We provide hyperlinks to other Websites but we have no influence on their design or contents. Therefore we dissociate ourselves from all contents on these sides. Finally we do not take any responsibility for the data protection measures of the provider of these website.

Privacy Policy

1.Personal data must not be passed on to third parties. The only exception here is to inform entitled bodies to which we are legally committed by court order, for example.

2.Access to our Website can be anonymous. Only when requesting large amounts of information further identification will be required. This data is submitted voluntarily. Submission is protected by a system of firewalls against external access.

3.Data stored with us can be requested at any time and deleted when desired, providing we are not obliged to storage by existing business operations.

4.DILAS analyses data for statistical purpose (number of visit etc.). This evaluation occurs exclusively anonymously. No relation takes place to particulars.
