Water-Cooled, Fast-Axis Collimated & Uncollimated (Vertical)

50-150W per bar, up to 70 bars


Operating conditions can be CW or QCW for the water-cooled, uncollimated and water-cooled, fast-axis collimated types. Both axis collimation is available in CW. At nearly maximum output power levels, the extremely efficient cooling permits duty factors up to 50%.  Vertical stacks are available up to 70 bars.

Fiber-coupled, diode laser modules have grown to be one of the most popular formats for system integrators.  Compact, cost-effective packaging available in standard SMA or QBH fiber diameter cores.  High-power, high-reliability and stable performance, these modules are easily integrated into OEM equipment.  Optional features include visible pointer, serial fiber interlocks, and user exchangeable protection window, providing maximum flexibility for integration.

Tailored Bar

Conduction-Cooled, Fiber-Coupled

Through the optimization of semiconductor chip structures and optical parameters, the tailored bar (T-Bar) architecture, delivers high beam quality and high power using standard micro-optic fast-axis collimators (FAC) and slow-axis collimators (SAC), all assembled with automated processes. The device is a monolithic multi-emitter source which takes advantage of handling multiple emitters during each individual manufacturing step in order to lower complexity and enhance reproducibility of the beam quality and, hence, the fiber coupling.
